5 Most Important Rights of Citizens
There are many important rights of the citizens but I am just going to mention 5. One of them is the freedom of religion. I think that is one of the most important because everybody wants to have their own religion, not be pressure to be somebody else religion if you don't believe on their teachings. I am a Jehovah Witness and for me this is a very important right because before in the past there was many problems with this religion because people didn't and don't believe on what we teach and thanks to this right we have the right to have this religion and other people to have theirs. Another right of a citizen that I think is very important is the right to assemble. This is important because people should have their freedom to assembly either for church purposes or when their is like a get together with friends. The third right of a citizen that in my opinion is important is the freedom of speech. Many people want to be able to make their own opinions on certain situations. That is why I think this right is very important and good. Freedom of press is another rights that is important. In the pass this was something that was not permitted but thanks to this right now we can publish and write our own opinion. We are protected so there is nothing that is going to stop us from publishing and judging things by the media. The last right that I think is important is the protection for those accused of crimes. People should have their rights to explain to a judge by a lawyer what happened and if that is the real delinquent in the crime. That is why people started suggesting this right and now we have it and I think that is really important because nobody wants to be accused of a crime when they are not the real criminal. This is the 5 most important rights of citizen thanks to the possibility to be a citizen of the United States.
