Naturalization Process

I am going to give you the steps you need to take and the requirements to do the naturalization process. First, you need to have been a permanent resident here in the United States for about 5 years. If you have married to a US citizen then its 3 years. Then you need to fill up the application called N400. You send it and wait till the USCIS schedule an appointment to take your fingerprints and interview you. During the interview, you will be asked questions from the application N400. You will also do these exams: United States government and history, writing English and reading English. If you pass these exams, then the USCIS will make another appointment so you can swear in a ceremony. In the ceremony, you will take an oath of allegiance to the US and you will be given a Naturalization certificate. Now you are a US citizen!!
